Doe Run Retreat offers several different accommodation options.

Entire Home Rental
Perfect for church groups, leadership meetings, or other special events.

Doe Run Retreat offers four comfortable bedrooms on two levels. Each level has a full bath with shower, a large family/meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper level has a large screened porch with table and chairs overlooking 15 acres of woods. The lower level offers a large recreation room with exercise equipment and gas grill. Private grounds include large fire pit with picnic tables, fishing pond, and hiking trails. Tent camping for youth can be arrange.

Rent the entire house- 2 night minimum- one through eight adults

Individual/Couple Bedrooms

Only on dates that the entire house is not rented by a group, Doe Run Retreat offers your choice of four private bedrooms with use of the lounging areas. Rates include a country style continental breakfast served in the upper kitchen area by the fireplace. (Available for your leisurely dining between 7:00AM and 9:00AM) Weather permitting, you can enjoy home baked muffins or sweet breads on the screened in porch overlooking 15 acres of woods or on the lower patio. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking as desired. Special picnic lunches can be arranged if notified with reservations. On weekends, you may want to join us by the campfire after fishing in our pond or walking the trails over our 100 acres. Nearby canoeing or horse back riding is available.

Reservation Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. Reservations are made through a secure site provided by the Ohio Bed and Breakfast Association “Webervations” or by calling directly. Cash, checks or money orders are welcome with $50 sent in advance as a good faith estimate. A full name and mailing address are required for the confirmation letter. Please inform us where you acquired the information that encouraged you to call and make a reservation at Doe Run Retreat.

Entire Home Rental - Deposit Requirements and Payment types
The total balance on all home rental reservations are made up of the nightly rate plus 6.5% Sales Tax. Once the total amount is calculated then one half is required for a deposit. This is processed immediately. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival date. This balance may be paid by cash, check or money order.

Bedroom Rental - Deposit Requirements and Payment types
The total balance on all reservations is made up of the nightly rate plus 6.5% Sales Tax. A $50 deposit is required and is processed immediately. This deposit is taken off of the total balance of stay. The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, at check-in. This balance may be paid by cash, check or money order.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to our 60/30 day Cancellation Policy. Once a deposit has been posted, and subsequently the unit is officially booked, all cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will result a refund of your deposit minus $25.00. All cancellations made between 60 & 30 days prior to your check-in date will result in a full forfeit of your deposit. All cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date will result in a full forfeit of your deposit plus the remaining balance of the reservation. If Doe Run Retreat can rebook for the dates of your reservation the subsequent forfeiture will be refunded minus $50.

Check-In and Checkout times

On your day of arrival, check-in is not guaranteed until after 3PM. Checkout time is 11AM on your scheduled Checkout day. Doe Run Retreat is not suitable for pets at this time. No smoking is permitted inside the home; however there is a smoking area outside.
